Terms of Service

Welcome to ReadyToDeploy. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

ReadyToDeploy provides website design, development, and related digital services for service-based businesses. Our primary offering, "The Backbone," includes:

• Custom website design and development
• Online booking system integration
• CRM and client management features
• Payment processing setup
• Email setup and configuration

2. Project Timeline

Our standard project timeline is 7 days from the kickoff call. This timeline assumes:

• Timely provision of required content and materials
• Prompt responses to questions and feedback requests
• Completion of the onboarding questionnaire

Delays in providing materials may extend the project timeline.

3. Payment Terms

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to secure your project slot and begin work. The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.

Final Payment

The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before the website goes live.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via Square (credit/debit cards) and e-transfer.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, clients must:

• Provide all necessary content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner
• Respond to communications within 48 hours during the project
• Attend the scheduled kickoff call
• Provide feedback during the review period
• Ensure they have rights to all provided content and images

5. Revisions

The Backbone package includes:

• One round of revisions during the review phase (Day 6)
• Minor text and image updates
• Color and font adjustments within the chosen style

Major structural changes or additional pages may incur extra charges.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide (text, images, logos). You grant us a license to use this content for the purpose of delivering the project.

Website Code

Upon final payment, you own your website and all custom code created specifically for your project. You receive full access and can modify, transfer, or host it anywhere.

Third-Party Assets

Stock images, fonts, and plugins may be subject to their own licenses. We will inform you of any licensing requirements.

7. Hosting & Maintenance

Website hosting is not included in The Backbone package by default. You are responsible for arranging your own web hosting, domain registration, and ongoing maintenance unless you subscribe to our Peace of Mind plan.

8. Peace of Mind Plan ($149/month)

Our optional maintenance plan includes the following services:

What's Included

• Managed hosting on Hostinger with daily backups
• SSL certificate management and renewal
• WordPress core updates
• Plugin and theme security updates
• Bug fixes and error corrections
• Uptime monitoring
• Small content changes (text, images) under 15 minutes
• Email support with 24-hour response time

What's NOT Included (Quoted Separately)

• New pages or features
• Major design changes or redesigns
• New integrations or third-party connections
• Custom functionality development
• Large content updates or bulk changes
• SEO services or marketing work
• New domain setup or migration
• Training sessions beyond initial handoff

Cancellation

Peace of Mind is month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice. Upon cancellation:

• You retain full ownership of your website and content
• We will provide a full backup of your site
• You are responsible for arranging new hosting
• We can assist with migration for an additional fee

9. Limitation of Liability

ReadyToDeploy's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Data loss (beyond reasonable backup measures)
• Third-party service failures
• Issues arising from client modifications after delivery

10. Cancellation

Before Work Begins

Full deposit refund if cancelled before the project start date.

After Work Begins

The deposit is non-refundable. Any additional work completed will be billed at our hourly rate.

11. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business information, content, or project details with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

12. Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where ReadyToDeploy operates.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
