Can I export my clients from Fresha?
Yes. Fresha allows you to export your client list as a CSV file. Go to Clients → Export → Download CSV. We'll help you import this into your new system during onboarding.
Will I lose my booking history?
Your basic client info (names, emails, phones) can be exported. Full appointment history may be limited depending on Fresha's export options. Moving forward, you'll own all your data with full export capabilities.
What about the marketplace traffic Fresha brings?
Fresha's marketplace charges 20% AND shows competitors to people viewing your profile. A good Google Business Profile and your own website bring clients for free — and you keep 100%. Most salons find that the "free" marketplace traffic isn't worth 20% of their new client revenue.
