TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReadyToDeploy AI ("Service"), operated by RTD Studio LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Agreement"). If you are accessing or using the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service and any APIs, solely for your own personal or internal business purposes.

Updates: Company may update the Service at any time without notification. We may require software updates on your devices to continue using the Service.

API Limitations: Company may restrict API calls, file sizes, storage limits, and usage without notice. We may suspend access if usage limits are exceeded or if usage patterns indicate abuse.

3. Description of Service

ReadyToDeploy AI provides AI-powered content creation, social media scheduling, and automation tools. Features include video generation, image generation, lipsync technology, scheduling to social platforms, analytics, team collaboration, and AI-assisted content creation. The Service uses third-party AI models and APIs to deliver these features.

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. User Content and License

Your Content: You retain ownership of original content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). You bear full responsibility for all content you upload, create, or share through the Service.

License to Company: By using the Service, you grant Company a non-exclusive, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works from your User Content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service.

AI Training: You acknowledge and agree that Company may use your inputs (prompts, text, images, videos) and outputs (AI-generated content) to train, develop, enhance, and improve our AI models and algorithms. If you do not consent to this use, you should not use the Service.

Generated Content: AI-generated content created through the Service is owned by you for commercial and personal use, subject to these terms and the underlying AI model providers' terms. Company makes no representation or warranty as to the originality, legality, accuracy, or fitness of any outputs.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Infringe on intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Generate or distribute content depicting minors inappropriately
• Create content containing nudity, sexually explicit material, or pornography
• Generate violent, hateful, discriminatory, or harassing content
• Create deepfakes or manipulated media of real persons without consent
• Upload or process biometric data without proper authorization
• Generate misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited communications

7. Payment, Credits, and Subscriptions

Payment Processing: Payments are processed by Square, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize Company to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Credits: Credits purchased or included with subscriptions:

• Have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash
• Are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Expire at the end of each billing cycle (do not roll over)
• Are forfeited upon account cancellation or termination

Subscriptions: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable except: (a) within 7 days of initial purchase if no Credits have been used, subject to a processing fee of up to 6%; or (b) as required by applicable law. No prorated refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITH ALL FAULTS. COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Company does not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your requirements or expectations
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• AI-generated content will be original, accurate, legal, or fit for any purpose
