ReadyToDeploy AI provides AI-powered content creation, social media scheduling, and automation tools. Features include video generation, image generation, lipsync, scheduling to social platforms, analytics, and team collaboration.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content
Attempt to access other users' accounts
Interfere with the Service's operation

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. AI-generated content is owned by you, subject to the underlying AI model providers' terms.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.
